It has been a month filled with uncertainties. Hope you are all staying safe at home, being peaceful and thriving!
Golden in Death by J.D. Robb #50
Book #50 starts out with a
delivery that brings death. Eve and her team have to figure out who sent the
package and why. As they investigate another body turns up, dead by the same
means. They have to figure out how they are connected before another package is
delivered. Another great read in one of my favorite series.
Moonstruck by Dannika Dark #7 (audio)
The Keystone group is
tasked to help keep some gifted kids safe as they move them to a remote ares.
Raven and Christopher work together with the other members and encounter many
obstacles. Meanwhile Gem and Niko are involved in their own dangerous situation.
This wraps up Raven and Christopher's story line well and I look forward to the
rest of the Keystone group's stories. Nicole Poole does such a great job
narrating these character's that I highly recommend this series on audio.
Spellbound by Dannika Dark #8 (audio)
This book picks up right
where Moonstruck leaves off with Gem and Niko Missing. Niko gives up something
he has been protecting for centuries to save Gem. In return, Gem must figure
out a way to save Niko when her spell goes horribly wrong. Narrated by the brilliant
Nicole Poole.
The Honey Don't List by Christina Lauren
Carey and James are working
for the hottest duo in renovations. Their job is anything but easy. They work
together to hold thing together until their latest season is released. As they
get to know each other they discover that they may have something, but are not
sure they can pursue it, because they both need their jobs. A great story
especially if you are a fan of HGTV.
*Thanks to Gallery Books/Netgally for this review copy*Regretting You by Coleen Hoover
Morgan and her teenage daughter Clara face a life changing event. The loss is unimaginable and the secrets and lies add a layer of devastation that has Morgan keeping them from her daughter to protect her, but it causes a rift that she can't see a way out from under it. Help comes in a surprising way. A good story of grief, forgiveness and second chances.
Lance Krueger's father went missing when he was a young boy. When his father's car is pulled from a lake, Lance is concerned this will set his mother's progress back. Attorney Morgan Dane wants nothing more than to help him through this discovery and what it means. When a body found in the trunk the investigation takes off. Witnesses are being killed as Morgan and Lance get closer to the truth. A great installment in the series.Vendetta Road by Christine Feehan #3
Not my favorite
in the series. Put it down and picked it up quite a bit. Liked the MC helping
Soleil get away from her creepy boyfriend who is part of a ring that steals
fortunes from unsuspecting women.
Also read in March:
Outfox by Sandra Brown
The Third Heiress by Brenda Novak
Willowleaf Lane by RaeAnne Thayne
March's reading picked up with 10 books, bringing my total for the year to 25 Goodreads says I am 5 books behind for my 2020 reading goal. Hopefully, with extra time at home I will have a good start on getting caught up. My favorite for the month is Golden in Death.
Up Next:
Vendetta by Iris Johansen
When You See Me by Lisa Gardner

Hope you are staying safe and well! I had another blogger recommend me the Dannika Dark books and I'm thinking of trying them.
Regretting You sounds like a good (an emotional) read.
Have a good week!
I’m 7 books behind :(
Wishing you a great reading week and good health
Definitely a strange world right now.
I've seen The Honey Don't List on a few blogs. That one sounds interesting. Hope you enjoy your books.
Praying you stay safe and healthy.

I enjoy Melinda Leigh's books, although I am way behind. I also enjoyed Regretting You.
Thanks for sharing...and for visiting my blog. Stay safe.
I have a friend who enjoys the Dannika Dark books but I've never tried them. Looks like I should add them to my list. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
I have been thinking about putting Golden in Death higher up on my reading list before new one comes out later in year. Keep on keeping safe, so many now around the world that are trying to do that! So quiet around me these days.
So happy to see a post from you, Nise'! Hope you and your family are well and stay that way. Reading has been a challenge for me lately, but I did read GOLDEN IN DEATH a few weeks ago. And then I started the whole series over again on audio. I know they are about crime and murder, but they are part of my 'comfort' reads. I've been taking long walks and listening to them one after another. Take care and big hugs!
Congrats on finishing 10 books! I’ve also been reading a ton this month because I have extra time. I hope you have a great week!
Aj @ Read All The Things!
Your books look really good. I'm going to add The Honey Don't List to my TBR.
Thank you for your kind words about the loss of my kitty.
Take care and stay safe!
The Honey-Don't List sounds really cute. I hope you're staying safe as well!
One of my other reviewers read Honey Don't List and enjoyed it. See what I've read at Girl Who Reads
I hope you are staying well 'Nise. Such a hard time. Amazingly, it's been hard for me to concentrate on reading, but I'm home schooling Gage so there's been a learning curve with that. The Honey Don't list looks cute!
