Those We Love Most

This is a character driven story about the impact of a devastating loss on a family.  It causes each member to re-evaluate their lives, choices, and decide whether changes are warranted.  It took me a long time to listen to this book.  I had to set it aside for a month due to it being emotional and consuming at a time when I did not need it.  I hoped that when I picked it up again I would react better. I have really liked everything that Karen White narrated, but just could not connect to this narration.  I thought it was a bit whinny and drawn out.  I may have had a better reaction had I read it in print.
