Weekend Cooking - Easter Tradition

Our family loves to enjoy sticky buns Easter Morning (Christmas morning as well).  My recipe is easy and is prepared the night before and then baked in the morning.

Ingredients:
2 (12 count)pkg. frozen rolls
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 pkg (non-instant) butterscotch pudding
Walnuts or Pecans or mixture of both

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan, fill bottom with chopped nuts.
Place rolls on top of nuts.
Sprinkle rolls with pudding
Mix together butter, sugar and cinnamon and pour melted mixture over and in between rolls
Let rise over night on counter and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Slightly cool and then invert on a serving plate and enjoy!

Celebrations

Our sons each have reached a milestone in their lives and we celebrate them!

I include this in today's Weekend Cooking because we are hosting an open house to celebrate this Monday.  It is a dessert buffet and I am looking for fast, easy and yummy dessert recipes.  Do you have any to share?  If you would be so kind as to email them to me, I would appreicate it.  Thank you.

One dessert I will be making is a family favorite:  Pumpkin Bars.  The recipe is easy, but finding canned pumpkin in June?  Difficult. I went to four stores and their shelves were empty.  Thankfully, my mother-in-law had a can in her cupboards.

If you would like a copy of this recipe, let me know and I will email it to you.

I look forward to this new season of our lives.
