Part One
Denial
The trial has barely made a dent in the national news. Which is good, because it means less publicity, fewer reporters. But it's also bad, because just how depraved do crimes have to be nowadays to garner national headlines?
Jar of Hearts by Jennifer Hillier

The word "depraved" makes me think this might be a little to violent for me, lol!
I've read some positive reviews of this book, but I suspect it may be a little much for some readers. I'm interested though and have it on my TBR already.
My curiosity is way up on this one. I've heard it's good. The cover is stunning.
The first sentence grabbed me when it mentioned a trial. I'd definitely keep reading.
I've been eyeing Jar of Hearts. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog.
Sounds mysterious enough for me.
I haven't heard of this author before, but it sounds like a book I'd like.
I'm so done with "news" yet "depraved" gets my attention LOL Have a Happy 4th Nise.
