Stop At Nothing Tour, Guestpost & Giveaway

When a high-profile investigation goes wrong, FBI Agent Kyle Dawson is transferred back home where he is forced to confront his demons…and the only woman he ever loved. Three years ago, Kyle and Abby Morrow shared a wild, passionate summer—then Abby broke his heart.

Now she needs his help.

Kyle never stopped loving Abby. So when Abby uncovers evidence of a human-trafficking ring, leading to her sister's kidnapping, he swears he’ll stop at nothing to bring her sister home and keep Abby safe. Caught in a lethal game of cat and mouse and blindsided by their own explosive desires, they must set aside the past before it’s too late.

Top 10 favorite ways to spend your weekends (Kate SeRine)

Like pretty much everyone else, I LIVE for the weekends! It’s my time to recharge, regroup, and reconnect. Here are the top 10 favorite ways I love to spend my weekends:

1) Hanging with my kids – To say that things are hectic at the SeRine household during the week is an understatement. I have two kiddos who keep us hopping. The weekends are when we can take a deep breath and just enjoy being together and laughing a lot.

2) Writing – I still work full-time, so the weekend is the only time I get any concentrated writing time. I get up early in the morning to try to accomplish as much as possible before the usual weekend craziness begins.

3) Reading – Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to read much these days, but I usually try to read at least one book a month. The weekends tend to be the best time to make some progress on whatever book I happen to be reading.

4) Watching low-budget horror movies – I’m a sucker for really bad horror movies. The cheesier the special effects the better. Bad CGI? Bring it on!! Don’t get me wrong—I love the awesome horror movies too. But the really awful ones are just so much fun to watch…

5) Visiting with my family – I’m very close to my family and try to connect with them as much as possible during the weekend. With my sisters busy with their own kiddos, it’s getting harder and harder to bring everyone together, but we try to get together whenever we can.

6) Going out with friends – Sadly, with everyone’s crazy schedules we don’t do this enough.

7) Getting away for the weekend – Sometimes we just need to unplug and unwind and go off-grid for a while.

8) Catching up with my DVR – There are so many TV shows that I love and many more that I haven’t had the chance to even start watching. They’re all sitting on my DVR, so I try to chisel away at the backlog if I have some time to spare.

9) Sleeping in – Well, considering I get up at 5:15 a.m. during the week, getting to sleep in until 6:30 is a treat. :)

10) Relaxing – I’m trying to figure out how to do this. I hear it’s amazing…

GIVEAWAY:

Kate Serine's series begins with Torn in The Way of the Warrior. Thanks to the publisher a random winner of The Way of the Warrior (from the comments) will be drawn November 7th and will be notified by email.

What is a favorite thing to do on the weekend?

Kate SeRine on “Torn”

During his deployment, the thing that kept Joe Dawson going was the thought of returning home to Sadie—his best friend since childhood and the woman he’s been in love with for as long as he can remember. But a mission gone wrong has left him scarred—both inside and out. And when he and Sadie finally share an unexpected moment of passion, Joe has a hard time believing that Sadie could have feelings for the damaged man he has become and worries that her heart is being ruled by pity and not love.

Those doubts are compounded now that he’s set to resume his duty as a deputy sheriff. With his father and three brothers already making names for themselves with successful law enforcement careers, the pressure’s on, leaving Joe torn between honoring the family tradition and leaving behind the only career he’s ever known outside the military.

• All prizes will be sent directly to the winner from the giveaway sponsor. Under the Boardwalk is not responsible for prize shipment, lost, damaged or stolen prizes.

Stop at Nothing sounds great - love those kind of books. The weekend - hmm. Now that I am retired I have a 7 day weekend!! And I treat it like that, so no housework hardly ever and lots of reading. But ... that said considering today (Saturday) I should/might do some housework!
PS not entering giveaway as international.

This book sounds enthralling. Weekends are busy, sometimes too busy with family and helping out. I read before bed in order to wind down. elliotbencan(at)hotmail(dot)com

Hmm- Favorite thing to do on a weekend would probably be to read - where ever I am. Sadly, if in town I usually go to work for half the day. So I like it when we take the RV out for short weekend visits.
I like to sleep in Saturday mornings too.
Stop at Nothing does sound good and you are with good company for The Way of the Warrior collection.
Thanks for sharing. mesreads @ gmail.com

I would love to win!! My favorite thing to do on weekends is sleep in on Saturday mornings - that's Jason's day to get up with Gage and I can sleep as long as I want :)
