Tuesday Intro/Teaser

First Chapter First Paragraph Tuesday Intros is a weekly meme hosted by Diane at Bibliophile by the Sea every Tuesday. To participate share the opening paragraph or two of a book you've decided to read based on that paragraph. Please feel free to join in, First Chapter~First Paragraph~Tuesday Intros.

Amos Decker would forever remember all three of their violent deaths in the most paralyzing shade of blue. It would cut into him at unpredictable moments, like a gutting knife made of colored light. He would never be free from it.

The Memory Man by David Baldacci

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by Jenn/ MizB of A Daily Rhythm

But for some reason unknown to even him, Amos Decker didn't pull the trigger. And so that was exactly how the cops found him when they showed up four minutes later.

This sounds really good. I've been wanting to read this author for a long time. I'd definitely keep going.

Yes, I'm interested. I keep meaning to read more of David Baldacci's books, but then other books get in the way. Do you ever have that happen? LOL

The opening made me curious, and so did your Teaser. I've heard of this author but haven't read his books. This sounds like a good one.

I think I read a Baldacci book ages ago but haven't since then. This one sounds really interesting, especially the beginning. It's a great description of something horrid! Thanks for sharing :) I hope you have a great week!

The first paragraph sounds intense. I'd keep reading - and may do so. I've enjoyed Baldacci's books in the past.

I've not read any David Balducci's novels but that opening is great, I love that he describes the killings in colour. Here is my Tuesday Post https://cleopatralovesbooks.wordpress.com/2015/06/09/first-chapter-first-paragraph-june-9/

I picked this one up from the library yesterday--and handed it to my husband to read first.

Hope you enjoy it!

I've never read any of his books, but I see the name a lot. Just checked at my library and they don't have this one yet, but lots of others by him.

It's been awhile since I read any of his books, but this one is tempting me! Thanks for visiting my blog!
