My chiropractor and massage therapist were sure it was because I have been having marathon sessions of holding, cuddling and loving my new grandson Cole.
This precious little peanut is not the cause.
NO, this one involves a book. I am reading this chunkster (814 pages).
I attempted to read this sitting outside, holding it with one hand. Nope, not a good idea. I did give my chiropractor and therapist a good laugh and one for their book of weird "owies".
Do you have any bookish confessions?

No confession, but a chuckle at your expense! I won't read my copy with one hand when I get around to it!
Cole is so cute! and, that is when eReaders are the best for "chunksters". LOL
Cole is adorable... but you need to read those chunksters on a kindle ;-)
Ha!!! Thank goodness I went for the audio.
Chunksters can definitely be problematic....but not that baby! Cute!
Oh I feel your pain, I got a relapse of carpal tunnel when reading Musashi. And reading it on the road, made for a heavy load, so I understand. It would be a little bit of o.k. if it were from holding Cole. He's wonderful.
that's to bad about your shoulder but I'm glad it was a book and not the baby, although my shoulder has gone out from tending babies. enjoy your cuddling.
Aww, Cole's not a chunkster like that book, which probably weighs more than him, but he is so cute! What perfect, tiny little feet.
I have trouble holding a hardcover book, one of the main reasons I switched to a kindle. I sit down and prop the kindle up against the arm of the couch, so I only have to adjust it or turn a page.
Whew..what we do to keep up our reading habits!! Enjoy the Gabaldon book---I have only read the first one, but most folks just adore her series.
Oh no, a real book injury! Aside from eye strain there are so few. I'm sute little cutie Cole weighs less than that Gabaldson book :)
Cole is so cute, he can't possibly be the cause. I agree - it's the chunkster's fault. My Kindle and Nook have helped me alot with that problem :)
Adorable grandson.
ENJOY him.
He isn't the reason for your shoulder pain. :)
When I had my son, though, I got carpal tunnel from all the new movements and weight. :)
