"Exactly why are you looking so pleased with yourself?" "Me?" Lainey replied innocently. "I'm just enjoying listening to you." Stacy regarded her best friend dubiously. "I am" Lainey insisted. "Keep going. I'm all ears." Her own news could wait, since she really was keen to know more about the new man in Stacy's life. In fact, it was making her heart sing to see how happy Stacy was now, after all she'd been through. Divorce could be a ferociously sadistic beast with a terrier-like grip that didn't let go until it had stripped its victims of every last vestige of morale, self-esteem, sometimes even looks, before it was done.

Haven't heard of this one and I'm not sure it's for me by the intro alone. Hope you enjoy it though.
I do like the sound of this -- I've seen the destruction of divorce in my friends.
Good tease and great title. Here is mine and Mine
I'm definitely suspicious that Lainy's news and Stacy's new man might accidentally intertwine. The book cover doesn't win me, though. The title is hard to read. Here's Mine
Oh, I must check this one out...I have read some delightful books by this author. Thanks for sharing.
Here's MY TUESDAY MEMES POST
I've never been divorced, but that last line definitely makes me understand. Would probably need to read more to see if I'd want to read this or not though.
Here's mine

I do hope it works out for Stacy. It sounds like she deserves some happiness in the love department!
Great teaser! I've seen how people who go through divorce (and kids who experience the divorce of parents) can be profoundly impacted.
Here's my teaser
That sounds terrific!
Thanks for sharing this new-to-me author and book. Hope you enjoy it!

Well we all want to know what her news is now! Keep reading.
Well any book with a Stacy that's spelled correctly must be good :)
So very true. Divorce is hard on more than just the two involved.
