What Are You Reading?

Sheila at Book Journey hosts this weekly event where we celebrate what we are reading for the week as well as books completed the previous week.

It is hard to believe that November has arrived.  We have been trying to keep up with the falling leaves and are thankful that the weather has been mild, making the job much easier. I have been fighting some sort of virus with a nasty headache that has made reading a challenge.

Books Read: (two weeks):
The Cut by George Pelecanos
The Keeper of Lost Causes by Jussi Alder-Olsen
When She Awoke by Hilary Jordan
The Virtuoso by Grace Burrows
Bonnie by Iris Johansen
Headhunters by Jo Nesbo
A Husband For Margaret by Ruth Ann Nordin (novella)
Sarah, Plain and Tall by Patricia M (audio)
Darkness, My Old Friend by Lisa Unger (audio)

Listening to Iron House by John Hart

Up Next:
Divergent by Veronica Roth
The Summer I Learned To Fly by Diana Reinhardt

Book Thoughts:
The Baker's Wife
Forever
Monsters of Men
Theodore Boon:  The Abduction
Red Glove
The Sandalwood Tree
Your Pathway to Miracles
White Heat
The Hypnotist
The White Devil
Thick As Thieves
The Most Dangerous Thing (audio)

My goodness, even with a head cold you read more than I do. Good to hear. All your reads look good. Were they?

I had hoped to get to When She Woke last week...but this week for sure!

I have a George Pelecanos book on my stacks that I haven't read yet. I should get to it.

Have a great week, and I hope you feel better soon.

Wow, you managed to read a lot of books over the last couple of weeks!

I read Divergent a little while ago and must admit that I didn't enjoy it all that much. But everybody else in the world seems to love it so I'll be interested to hear your thoughts about it!

Happy reading :)

Wow! That's a big list there! Sorry you haven't been feeling well. I've got some sort of head cold as well. It's not fun!

Looks like it was a good week - especially for reviews! I am eying Divergent as a pick with my Audible subscription. I'd like to catch up on the Iris Johansen Eve Duncan series - I think there are two or three before I get to Bonnie.
Hope this week is going well for you.
