What Are You Reading?

Sheila at Book Journey hosts this weekly event where we celebrate what we are reading for the week as well as books completed the previous week.

Got quite a bit of reading in last week due to the flu.  While I enjoyed the reading time, I am looking forward to getting back to my regular schedule.

Books Read:
The Fall of Giants by Ken Follett
Georgia Bottoms by Mark Childress
The Snowflake by Jamie Carie
In the Shadow of Evil by Robin Caroll
The Quickening by Michelle Hoover
The Orchid Affair by Lauren Willig
Change of Heart by Shari Maurer

Just started reading Miss Hildreth Wore Brown by Olivia deBelle Byrd.  Listening to The Cookbook Collector by Allegra Goodman on the iPod and The Long Road Home by Mary Alice Monroe in the car.

Up Next:
Please Ignore Vera Dietz by A.S. King
The Anatomy of Wings by Karen Foxlee

Reviews
The Confession
The Distant Hours
Worth Dying For

I've heard great things about Fall of Giants...I really need to pick it up soon.

I just picked up 3 of the Pink Carnation books - now I have the first 6 and just need to start reading them!

My It's Monday post can be found here.

Sorry about the flu, but you really did have a great reading week! The Fall of Giants sounds like such a great read, but it's sooooo long! I'd be reading it all year.

Happy reading this week!

You had a great week...and the week ahead looks good, too, with Miss Hildreth Wore Brown and The Long Road Home on the list. Loved both of them.

Here's MY MONDAY MEMES post.

I'm so glad that you're feeling better. Did you get socked with a ton of snow??? We did..about 10-12 inches but thankfully no ice!!

Hope you've bounced back & feeling better this week! Fall of the Giants is so big, it's intimidating, can't wait to see your thoughts on it, maybe it'll give me that extra push I need to try and tackle it :)
