Jenn of Devourer of Books hosted a Google Form mini-challenge for the Bloggiesta. My goal for this weekend is to organize my reviews by author and/or genre and to reorganize my labels. Please fill out my google form questionnaire to help and enter to win a Starbucks Gift Card!

I love that you're using the form for more blog improvements! You might want to make it narrower, though, so people can use the scroll function. On my netbook I can't get to the right side to scroll and I have to use my keyboard arrows to do it.
Filled it out, even though no gc for me :)
Thanks Jen. I made it narrower and hope that helps navigate the form better!
I too had to narrow it down. Jen was very helpful. She still is!
I answered!
I made a form but didn't use it...I think I will do it for a book giveaway I'm going next week!
I need to learn how to do this. I needed to attend the Bloggiesta this weekend, but alas, spa time with hubby was more of a priority! My blog really needs some TLC though.
Way to go you! This is a challenge I just didn't have time to get to. I hope they offer the these as flash back's in June.
