Great reads coming up next!! I loved loved The Winter Sea...enjoy your week! We just came in from a walk with the dogs...brrr!!
I have yet to read The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott and really really want to!
You've been reading quite a lot this week and last, fantastic! I hope you'll be reviewing Matterhorn, The Lost Summer of LM Alcott and The Summer We Read Gatsby since I'd love to know what you thought of them.
I'm glad you enjoyed North and South aside from the ending - what is it with endings? so often they aren't what we hope! - I'm going to be reading this soon and, since I haven't seen the mini-series either, hope to watch it afterwards!
The title of The Forest of Hands and Teeth gives me the heebie-jeebies but, like so many others, you really liked this book, too. I guess I'm going to have to quell my prickly scalp and skin and give this book a try sometime this year!
By the way, I love how you put your reviews in a box with the colored background. It's a great idea!
I'm glad you had a Merry Christmas! I hope you're enjoying this week.
