What Are You Reading?

Sheila at Book Journey hosts this weekly event where we celebrate what we are reading for the week as well as books completed the previous week.

It has been busy the last few days as my youngest son graduated high school on Friday, Saturday I tried to get ready for his open house that is today and yesterday I attended Phantom of the Opera for the fourth time. It always is fantastic.

I did get a few books read last week:
The George and The Jewels by Jane Smiley (animal lovers delight)
Roses by Leila Meacham (sweeping epic)
Wild Ride by Jennifer Crusie & Bob Mayer (humerous paranormal)
She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb (re-read)
Hurricanes in Paradise by Denise Hildreth (women's friendships)

Upcoming Reads:
Money To Burn by James Grippando
The 9th Judgement by James Patterson
The Poacher's Son by Paul Doiron.
The Six Rules of Maybe by Deb Caletti.
Hell Gate by Linda Fairstein
Think Twice by Lisa Scottoline

Reviews Posted:
Abbie Ann
The Dark Divine
The Ark
A Tailor-Made Bride
Den of Thieves
Cat O'Nine Tails

You got a lot of reading done last week - more than a few! Great job!

I've been trying to get my husband interested in seeing Phantom of the Opera for years, now! I haven't seen it even once, so I'm really envious of your four times.

You had a good week! Wild Ride sounds like it could be funny. I seen your comment about Kite Runner and I hope you do try it in audio. I would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Have a good week!

Did you love She's Come Undone so much that you re-read it?! Just wondering because it's been sitting on my shelf forever and I keep staring at it and ignoring it. Should I read it?

Have a good week, Nise!
