Sheila at One Persons Journey Through a World of Books hosts this weekly event where we celebrate what we are reading for the week as well as books completed the previous week.
I am just about finished with True Blue by David Baldacci. A chunkster that has been a great read.
I have quite a few blog tour books to read in the next two weeks: The Raven Saint by M.L. Tyndall, Dead Reckoning by Ronie Kendig, Chosen by Ginger Garrrett and Songbird Under A German Moon by Tricia Goyer.
Also on my stack is The Endless Forest by Sara Donati, and The Girl With Glass Feet by Ali Shaw.
It was beautifully sunny here last week and I spent about two hours reading outside each day and finished six books: Sons of Thunder by Susan May Warren, Wind Dancer by Jamie Carie, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian by Sherman Alexie, Uglies by Scott Westerfeld, and Litte Bee Chris Cleeve.
This coming week's forcast is more of the same which will help me get the blog tour books read!
Have a great reading week.

What did you think of Little Bee? Are you going to write a review on it? I've seen the title in the bookstores and around a few blogs, but haven't gotten a feel for what everyone thinks.
You got to sit outside and read?! I'm so jealous. I love doing that. It's warming up a little bit here in St. Louis, but I doubt it'll last long.
Have a great week of reading, Nise'!
Lynne's Book Reviews
I am impressed by the amount of reading you manage to accomplish each week. I am finding myself struggling between kids, my job (which is starting to get hectic right now), and just life in general. I am on holidays in Jamaica next week so I am hoping I can relax on the beach and get some reading in (without getting burnt). Anyways, your reading list every week just amazes me!
You have a few on your list that are on my TBR list so I would love to see what you thought.
Enjoy the beautiful weather and have a great reading week!!!!
The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian is my next book to read. Literally, since I finished Austenland this morning TATDoaPTI is the next book for me. I've read so many good things about it that I can hardly wait to actually dive into the story.
Happy reading this week!
I have The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian and can't wait to read your review of it!
Yes that makes sense! I'm probably going to pass on it. I'm in the mood right now for something everyone is raving about, like The Help. I never saw a negative review on that book.
But thanks for letting me know, and I'll be sure to read your post on it.
David Baldacci is an incredible author isn't he?
I miss reading outside.... cant wait! :)
We won't be reading outside here any time soon. Our lovely warm winter turned ugly today with snow flurries and cold temps. I wish I could stay home from work and cuddle under a blanket with my book tomorrow!
You have quite a few books to get through--!
*smiles*
Can't wait to read your reviews. You shame me every week with the amount of books you get through. :)
How did you get involved in book tours. I would be very interested in branching out into that area, but do not know how one gets involved.
Thanks for your time. Happy reading.
I LOVED The Absolutely True Diary of a Part Time Indian. I even got my
teenage son to read it!
Have a great reading week!
