Progresso Soup Review

Beth Fish Reads hosts Weekend Cooking

This product review was like pulling teeth to complete.

The wonderful folks at My BlogSpark back in August sent me Progresso's High Fiber Soup to taste and review. As a thank you, they sent along a Flip Video Camera that records up to 60 minutes of HD video to share on social networks, blogs, etc.

My sons and husband saw the Flip Video and immediately opened it and decided to take it golfing with them to record their swings and critique them. It was missing for a few weeks while they took their golf trips.

I finally got it back, recorded a nice video review, did not put the video on my computer because I needed their help in doing so and made the mistake of not telling them. They took it golfing (again) and deleted my review. Then quite honestly, I just kept forgetting to redo a video. So, without further ado, here is a quick video of the soup using the Flip Video.

Progresso’s new High Fiber line offers four great-tasting varieties, all with no added MSG*, no artificial flavors and seven grams of fiber per serving. With 28% of the recommended daily value of fiber per serving, Progresso High Fiber soups will make it easy for you to get more fiber in your diet as part of a wholesome, satisfying meal. Most of us do not get enough fiber in our daily food choices. A diet high in fiber has many health benefits, which include lowering blood cholesterol, controlling blood sugar levels, helps aid in weight loss, prevents constipation and lowers your risk of digestive conditions.

I tried the Chicken Tuscany. The can is easy to open, the soup easy to prepare, just pour into the pan and heat. Delicious chunks of chicken, carrots, celery, tomatoes along with great northern beans are in a savory but not too strong broth. A great choice for me but not for my family as they do not like northern beans.

Soup is a quick and easy meal and with Progresso's High Fiber choices you get added health benefits.

Blog Search FTC disclosure : I received the free progresso soups and Flip Video from the MyBlogSpark Team. No further compensation was received.

Fun video! And funny that the camera seems to like golf more than cooking.

I'd probably be the only one in my family that would like that - I love white beans.

How fun that they sent you the flip cam too, that can obviously be used for other things ;) Are those Longaberger plates? Very pretty.
